Wilmington NC Stake — Youth Activities App
Effective July 21, 2026
This app helps youth of the Wilmington North Carolina Stake keep up with youth activities — notices, reminders, and simple "I'll be there" replies. We built it to protect the privacy of everyone who uses it, especially minors. This policy explains, in plain language, what information the app uses and how.
The app does not collect phone numbers, email addresses, contacts, location, photos, or usage analytics.
Only to run stake youth activities: to show upcoming activities, to send reminders you asked for, and to let leaders see who plans to attend. That's all.
Called and set-apart youth leaders of the stake, who unlock leader tools with a code given by the stake, can see the names and wards of those who have replied to a specific activity. Other youth and the public cannot. We never sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or any outside party.
Attendance replies are automatically deleted after an activity has passed. Reminder tokens remain only while reminders are turned on; turn them off and the device stops receiving them.
This app is intended for youth of the stake and their leaders and parents. It asks for as little as possible — a first and last name and ward, only when a youth chooses to reply to an activity — and shows that information only to their leaders. If a parent or guardian would like their child's information removed, contact us at the address below and we will remove it promptly.
Information is stored on a secure, access-controlled database. Leader tools require a code. There are no public logins to compromise.
